Rencontre avec Pascal Lissy, Ville de GAP
 
Dans le cadre du projet « Young democracy ambassador in Europe» nous avons été reçus par Pascal LISSY, Adjoint du Maire de la ville de GAP  chargé de la jeunesse, du développement des quartiers et de la politique de la ville.
 
Thème : La mobilité dans le département
 
Problème : Il n’existe quasiment pas d’infra structure dans notre département pour faciliter la mobilité.
 
La problématique de mobilité est une des préoccupation majeure d’un élu dans notre département, en effet nous sommes relativement enclavé et le manque d’infrastructure constitue un frein à l’emploi et à la culture.
Le rôle d’un élu est de se préoccuper des populations en levant les obstacles, pour cela plusieurs dispositifs ont étés mis en place :
Un dispositif pour les jeunes leur permettant de gagner en autonomie (Carte YES), l’autre dispositif est la création d’une plate-forme internet pour l’aide au covoiturage. Le but étant de créer un réseau efficace et accessible.
Une autre solution serait de créer un meilleur réseau de transport en commun reliant notre département aux grands pôles comme Marseille et Grenoble.

For the project “young democracy ambassador in Europe” , we were received by Pascal LISSY,deputy mayor of the city of GAP in charge of the youth, the development of districts and the urbanaffairs.
 
Theme: The mobility in the department
 
Problem: There are almost no infrastructures to facilitate the mobility.
 
Problem of mobility is one of the major concerns of an elected representative in our department.Indeed we are relatively enclosed and the lack of infrastructure constitutes a brake in employment and culture.The role of an elected representative is to take care of the population by raising the obstacles.Several devices were set up:A device for young people allowing them to become more independent: the so called “carteYES”.The second device is the creation of a website in the aim to increase and improve the car-pooling. The purpose being to create an effective and accessible network.Another solution would be to create a better public transport’s network linking our departmentwith the big poles as Marseille, Grenoble and Lyon.
